SPV M500 o2 MMS settings

Hi ppl,

I have just brought a SPV M500, having checked the site earlier, i managed to unlock it to o2.

My problem now is that i have just come to take a photo for an MMS but i cannot find the option to do a MMS, plus i need to input the settings

can somebody help
