Help needed with i-mate sp5 and themes

i`ve seen alot of themes i would like to use but can`t figure out if or how to use/download them??

very confused , is this possible with this phone, if so could someone be kind enough to explain it in newbie language as this is my first smart phone and am finding it a bit of a struggle
