spv c600 decertification/app unlock help required

Im trying to de cert my c600/app unlock it so I can install content from other sources and the guides I have found on here dont seem to work.

if I do the webpage option i get error stating i havent visited the internet on the phone (which I have)

and if download the application to send my details it will not load on the phone. (well it quickly flashes up and doesnt do anything)

please can someone help me

Sweet ive made the change now I just need something to try to make sure it has worked.

Nope not worked ive just tried to install a home screen at I get an error saying there is no digital signature so it cant install

how anoying

for some reason the previous change didnt store.
