o2 Help with payg 300 free txt sim

Hi there

Can anyone help me setup my svp c550 to use my o2 sim which i get 300 free txt per month, i have tried the payg setup in the forum somewhere but im paying for my txts for some reason

Actually its also taking money off my payg and not connecting to the internet via IE as when i connect its connecting but no content coming up ;)

hiya funnily enough i had the same problem ish, i put the o2 sim card in my sagem my-s7 smartphone and it worked ok for about 15 texts then it started charging me for them so i rang up o2 and it was there computer that was at fault so they fixed the problem then all was ok for another 20 or so texts and the problem started again so i had to ring up o2 again and this time the lady at o2 scrapped my account and started a new one with another 300 text messages for my trouble although cost me about a fiver for calling customer services lol anyway its been working fine ever since so i dont think its your phone thats the problem its worth ringing customer services
