Outlook sync problems

I;ve just reinstalled windows and trying to sync the vario again, all the files sync but it complains saying

cannont sync with outlook profile becuase its using a different profile or its password protected

how do i change the profile or password or make a new one?

You have to define a profile to Outlook ,or see if there are more to select the one previously synced with the phone . ;)

Did you delete the partnership from the device itself then resync? That should work perfect.

yep tried deletign the device from the pc just after posting :roll:

works fine now
