Took my phone into their repair centre today for number of faults

-when turn on, just get white screen

-green button not working

-button paint coming off

-Forgot to mention the dust but hopefully they will make the relevant mods to stop i dust, if such a mod actually exists.

I just wondered if anyone has any experience on how effecient these guys are in sending off phones and getting them back quickly? I was quoted 10 days, the Orange shop were quoting much longer than that.

Make sure you agree on a maximum cost beforehand. I agreed with them to fix my mpx220 for £30 and then they decided that they wanted £50. After some shouting etc, I payed £30...

Its still under waratnee so if I get a bill I'll be quite annoyed. Having said that, maybe I should mention something in case they try and charge me for a new keypad (maybe button paint will be considered wear and tear). :?:
