When using the predictive text (t9) function on my Orange SPV c500, i have created numerous words in error that now appear when i am typing using t9. Please can someone tell me how i can delete these, or reset them. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum :D

There is no way to edit the T9 dictionary but the phone will eventually learn the correct spellings as you get better at texting ;)

Thanks for the reply. The problem I have is i have mispelt words in the past so the phone is now suggesting these before the correct words in the drop down list that appear as you type.

Is it possible to correct these mispelt words or will the correct spellings overide these in the drop down list eventually. Regards

Eventually the correct words will rise to the top of the list and the errors will disappear.

Within the t9 menu there is t9 settings which has the options my words. You can delete/modify/add any of the words in that drop down menu.

Are you sure? That isn't on mine. The lack of dictionary editing support has been a known issue for years.
