SP5 MSN/Hotmail via GPRS broken

Hey, I have an i-mate SP5, downloaded their operator settings for USA TMobile, and the MMS and Internet Explorer work fine via GPRS. The MSN Messenger and Hotmail programs, though, will only work when I'm connected to a wireless network.

Any idea what I can do to get this fixed?

This is the breakdown, of what works and what doesn't. Maybe it will shed some light on things.

Program / Works with GPRS / Works via Bluetooth / Works with WiFi:

Internet Explorer / Yes / Yes / Yes

MSN Messenger / No / No / Yes

MSN Hotmail / No / No / Yes

.net VNC viewer / No / Yes(weird?) / Yes

Pop3 email / Yes / Yes / Yes

MSN Messenger and the VNC viewer are really the two things I care about, the Hotmail is useless. I'm using operator settings downloaded directly from clubimate.com for USA TMobile. As per usual, their online support was a complete waste of my time.

My problem solving skills are worn down to the quick! I would love a new perspective on this.
