Own theme with background changing..

Yo !

Iam using Ruttensoft's Homescreen Designer to create a theme for my C500.. But i would like to make a line in the top of the homescreen where the Iconbar is listed that dosn't change when the user changes the background.. In other words, like the standard homescreen does.. How do i do this ?
