Two Issues

OK, so I've spent some time searching around, and I haven't seen any discussion about these two items, so I apologize if there's something I'm not seeing.

Anyway, two problems:

1. using Rom 1.49, when I install XPressmail the mailbox does not get added to the list of mailboxes in pocket outlook. I have gone back to 1.43 just to get registry settings, but I don't think I grabbed the right stuff, because after entering everything into the registry, I didn't see any change to the mailboxes after switching back to 1.49. I'd really like to get xpressmail working on 1.49, so if anyone has any details, I'd appreciate it.

2. I have a very hard time making my gprs connection work some of the time. Sometimes after a day or two, I'll try to the the net, and it doesn't work. Watching the signal icon, I see the g come on, then go off, then come on again, then go off again, then the application trying to access the net will return an error. A soft reset usually fixes the problem. Any ideas? Also, I'd love it if I could keep my connection active 100% of the time (except while in a voice call of course). Is there any way to do this without having to purchase a third party application? Also, is there ANY way (even extra software) that will allow you to control the gprs connection?
