Activesync with C500 and C600

I seem to recall people having problems with Activesync 4x with Windows Mobile 2003 phones.

If I have activesync 4.1 installed for my C600, will my C500 still sync up properly too? I'm going to pass the C500 onto my g/f and want them to both be able to sync up to the PC without any problems.

I have AS 4.1 and an imate sp5m (running WM2005) and 2x C500 running WM2003SE ;)
