Guest Dr Who Posted January 11, 2006 Report Posted January 11, 2006 Activesync has stopped connecting via the cable connection on one of my laptops. It does charge though. It will also sync via BT. I remember that this is something to do with the device driver in Control Panel - System and that if you delete it and reinstall it then it works perfectly. But I can't remember the details and if you include the words 'activesync' in the search you get 21 pages of hits!!! Hhhmmm, methinks they need to come up with a better way of connecting the phone to the computer. Can anyone remember the details or post the link to the solution?

Yeah, I deleted all the partnerships but still no Joy. h00pyfr00d's solution was the one I was thinking of - just couldn't remember the details. Will give it a try later.
