SP5: pic in "calling John Smith" screen very tiny

on my SP5, when i'm calling someone, OR, when someone calls me, their picture that is attached to their name in my Outlook pops up...great! BUT, the picture is teeny tiny! with so much screen real estate available, why is it so small? there doesn't seem to be any adjustments!

any advice would be appreciated!

WELL covered on this forum in at least 4 other threads...

Short answer is that this is what Micorsoft have seen fit to supply us with, BUT, have admitted that this is just one example of possible 'templates' that can be used.

But without givein ANY information to developers etc, as to where these templates are, how they can be created etc...
