Guest Griff_FFOC Posted January 12, 2006 Report Posted January 12, 2006 I'm trying to get my old C500 working with a T-mobile sim card. I've got rid of my orange connections, and followed the instructions in: http://www.modaco.com/MS_smartphone_setup-t201047.html substituting settings from: http://www.modaco.com/index.php?showtopic=200961 where appropriate but still no joy in sending MMS. I tried using some of the settings from http://tmobileuk.wdsglobal.com/mms?contrac...e&mobileNumber= but can't get it to work with that either. Has ANYONE managed to get a C500 mms working on t-mobile? If so, could they please post me all of their settings in the media messages account options, data connections, gprs connections etc. I know this is a lot of settings to write down, but i've been round and round in circles, and i'm just getting "system admin" messages in reply to any mms I try to send out (don't know what they say as when I try to read it the phone quits back to the homescreen. Everything else seems to work ok, it's just MMS that don't work. They worked on a SEk700 so the t-mobile account is ok. Hope someone will be kind enough to help out. Cheers
Guest Griff_FFOC Posted January 17, 2006 Report Posted January 17, 2006 After much hair loss and blood vessel busting, managed to sort it out.

Guest BanziBarn Posted January 30, 2006 Report Posted January 30, 2006 So you had the same MMS problem then?
Guest Griff_FFOC Posted January 30, 2006 Report Posted January 30, 2006 Got no tips really, I just deleted all of the orange connections and mms settings on the phone, and then tried to recreate them from what settings were on a t-mobile K700i. I have a word file of the t-mobile settings if you're interested, if they'd help you or not i'm not sure.

I've been trying to get the MMS to work on Tmobile myself. No luck.
