Guest Newk Posted January 13, 2006 Report Posted January 13, 2006 (because i am allot busy with sound) i was wondering if this could be done: 1. have an app on the smartphone that let you record in quality wav and/or good compression methods (like mp3 or ogg... though compression uses quite some cpu) and let you choose where to record from. 2. have a 'line in' other then the limited mic that is build in.. my spv c550 has a small usb (dunno if its powered, probably not).. so i thought of a usb 'soundcard' (like -these-) so you can plug in any sound output. Then you probably need a driver for the usb device to be recognized by the system.. (dunno about plug-n-play) and set it as an audio device? maybe bluetooth can be used? - otherwise... (maybe this is a bit of circuit bending) make a connector on the wires leading to the build in mic of the phone... but if those aren't better quality line in then the mic itself.... it would be rather pointless. If this is possible, or maybe allready done and haven't noticed yet.. please let me know your thoughts about this. would be great if you could go anywhere, plugin and record in nice quality 8) 8)
