Name back to front

I think i have read this in the Blue Angel forum ages ago but cant find it.

YOu know when you add a contact and the name appears back to front ie;

Payne, Adam

Payne, Leigh

Payne, Steph

Is there away to automatically have them added in the right order ie;

Adam Payne

Other that in outlook on my pc???

Please help.
