For sample videos and music and stuff like that check out Your psp if you haven't already. If you have a decent size memory card you can encode films yourself using psp video 9, can't remember the address but google it and you'll find it. You can also use dvdshrink to backup dvds onto your hard drive these can then be encoded themselves. If your after homebrew type stuff i.e. emulators then your out of luck at the moment until they possibly crack that version firmware (which there has been talk of cracking 2.6) recently. There are legal roms and legal homebrew apps created by people freely available by searching although use of proper game roms is illegal.
