Hey

I have recently aquired a new pc, which i want to sync with my laptop and c500, in order to keep my outlook folder updated.

I have tried doing it while setting up two partnerships, but it wont let me sync my mail which is the most important part.

Is there an app which lets my sync two pc's, that way i only have to sync my spv with one of them.

Please help...

Thanks

(A week back i posted a similar post in software applications, but i guess the post really belongs here so go ahead and delete the other one moderators)

Hi there

active sync 4.1 will let you stnc with two computers (i.e.Laptop and desktop) i sync my Imate with both no problems, active sync sets and recognises for you.

If you have WiFI router you can set your laptop browse your desktop folders and vice versa, Windows XP and Outlook lets you syncronise mail and contacts this way, you just need to have your laptop set up as a newtwork computer, search on google for instructions on how to set up a home network

Activesync will let me set up two partnerships yes, but not sync my mail on two partnerships...

I dont know about the method described above where you use a wifi router. Could you please explain how to do it?

Any other suggestions??

AS can sync on two pcs but will only allow one sync of ActiveSync Mail.

A.Hughes is suggesting you compensate for this by synchronizing your mail folders on your two pcs seperately from ActiveSync.
