Smart explorer problem

Hi,

I've just upgraded to a C600 and wanted to install Smart Explorer as on my C500.

The problem is I can't get the software onto the phone (ver 2.1.4).

Binarys.com says to run the .exe file in windows on my pc and it will sync onto my C600. I run it....and nothing.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Is your C600 already 'decertified' ? (application-unlocked) If not, then try app-unlocking it first using the instructions here:

I have installed Smart Explorer on my C600 and it is not decerted ,something else is the problem .As far as i know my version of Smart Explorer is a .cab file .(installing is done from the phone) :idea:

I agree I don't think my C600 needs to be de-certified either. I didn't need to on my C500 to run Smart Explorer and I've downloaded Core TCPMP onto the C600 without any troubles.

Could you run through how I install it from my phone. The software has downloaded onto my pc. Where do I put the Cab file in my C600 to run it?

I placed it on the Storage Card ,usually it has to be placed in Storage>windows>Start Menu>Accesories and executed .I copied it to my Storage Card and executed it . ;)
