8310 GPRS not working

Hi all,

Purchased a 8310 a few days ago and can't get GPRS (on Orange Switzerland) to work. All I get is the "G" symbol for a few seconds, then it disappears followed by a message saying "Unable to place call" (this is the same in IE and Messaging).

Here are my current settings (I tried tons of variations):

Start -> Settings -> Connections -> GPRS:

Connection Name: orange internet

Connects to: The Internet

Access Point: internet

All other fields left blank (These settings are according to qtek.ch)

Start -> Settings -> Connections -> Advanced

All set to "Automatic"

IE -> Options -> Connections:

Automatically detect settings: Checked

Select Network: The Internet

Any suggestions?

Thanks for your help. I've seen this thread and the Orange Switzerland settings posted there before. Unfortunately, they don't work for me :cry:
