Running two C600's off one PC

Hi,

Excuse my PC ignorance! I'm trying to pursuede my girlfriend to buy a C600.

If she does, how can I run her phone and mine off the one pc without syncing all the same stuff.

Do I need to create two users on XP and will this solve the problem?

By running two users who sign in indepently does that mean each gets a blank desktop to themselves i.e you could have two "outlooks" running indepently from each other, or even two itunes etc for that matter?

I hope I've made some sense in my question!
