SPV c500 How copy files to PC?

I'm using activesync but I cannot copy a photo from my c500 to my pc.

I click on it, copy it but it doesn't appear on my pc hardrive when I paste it.

How do i do this? it's driving me nuts

Try refreshing the page after you paste, I find that sometimes copied files do not appear until I have done this.

Drag and drop should also work the same way.
