Guest akillion Posted January 17, 2006 Report Posted January 17, 2006 :oops: To anyone with the ability to copy and deliver the content of a Cingular SMT5600's registry I need the following H_KEY_CURRENT_USER/ControlPanel/SoundCategories/Attenuation and H_KEY_CURRENT_USER/ControlPanel/SoundCategories/Ring and H_KEY_CURRENT_USER/ControlPanel/Volume Long story short; newbie at registry adjustment... deleted lines by accident... did not have a proper backup... phone now doesn't ring... you get the picture. Guest awarner [MVP] Posted January 17, 2006 Report Posted January 17, 2006 I do not have my phone handy at the moment but are you sure they are the only lines you have deleted? Sometimes after making mistakes with the registry it can be easier to do a hard reset instead and start from scratch again.
