C600 & Media Player Library problem

Been searching for any posts connected with the above - only found one, but no replies as yet.

Have stored some mp3's, all with normal bitrates etc as far as I'm aware, on the sd card. Run media player and update the library. It counts the files up and looks to be correct, however doesn't list them under my music when you go to play them.

Has anyone else had this problem / cured this problem? I have a call in with Orange Tech support and am expecting a call back. Will post any developments

press menu, library, and change for 'my device' to 'storage card'
