Ringtones for Palm 700

I just picked up the Palm 700. So far so good except that I cannot figure out how to add ringtones to it. The ones they offer are weak. Anyone know how to do this?

Any WAV file, MP3, Midi or WMA will do. Place them in the Rings folder under Windows. The Treo also allows for Polyphonic Midi files.
