Hiya, i have had my c500 for ages but on my half an hour break from work i popped into the orange store, and with no prior initention, i bought a c550. I'm impressed with the slight improvemnents, but one thing i'm struggling with now, is the wmp, in my c500, when i selct full screen, whatever size the video is it goes full screen, right to the edges of the screen, NO EXCEPTIONS!. But when i play the same video on my c550 it only uses up part of the screen. Does anyone know how to change this, i simply can't enjoy, my movies on such a small setting

The reason for that is that your movies are encoded for the lower resolution of your old SPV C500. The SPV C550 has a larger screen resolution and so movies will need to be reencoded. You'll find that some Smartphone software will have the same issue (a black border) for the same reason.

As time goes by and QVGA Smartphones become more mainstream the new software should have been adapted...
