Guest st3ph3n Posted January 19, 2006 Report Posted January 19, 2006 Does anyone have a good way to stop activesync from being blatantly rubbish at times? Although this is my PC my brother also uses it. When he logs in (even without any of my devices connected) then I go back to my profile Activesync more often than not is knackered. I can plug my vario in and it charges fine, but will it sync? Will it hell! I thought I'd sorted it by moving it from HKLM to HKCU in the registry, but doesn't seem to have fixed it at all. He doesn't require access to it, just me, so it doesn't have to be an all encompasing solution, just one that will work for me. Also any time we switch profiles no activesync devices will be connected.
Guest PayableOnDeath Posted January 24, 2006 Report Posted January 24, 2006 activesync allways playing up on mine, takes loads of pluggin and unplugging of the cable to get AS to connect to it, then i have about 20-30mins before before AS disconnects its self from the phone with the cable still plugged in and untouched  Does anyone have a good way to stop activesync from being blatantly rubbish at times?<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Get a Palm or someother non Microsoft powered phone ;)
