c550 been working fine.. but now tcpmp

when i open tcpmp and play videos or music, the volume is 1\4 way then i have to raise it w\ volume buttons on the side of phone, then at the end of every song\video when new song stars volume goes back to 1\4 way? what is going on here? did i screw w\ some setting that is messing this up? it is very annoying sinc ei use my phone for music daily, every song i have to raise the volume cause tcpmp lowers the sytems volume on each track?

Also the joystick up for volume in tcpmp doesnt work either? but the down does? maybe i corrut tcpmp?
