BT GPS with SPV C550

have a bt gps receiver which i picked up from ebay

originally it worked fine with my spv e200 and tomtom mobile

i have now upgraded to SPV C550, installed tomtom 5, but am unable to pair my GPS unit.

does anyone or can anyone help me out

what settings should i try

i have the bt-77 gps receiver

with the receiver turned on, first make surt bt is turnwed on on the phone, then from the bt 'on' screen select menu - devices - menu - new. the phone should find the device and may ank for a passcode - usually 0000. I've seen comments about having to set an outgoing port manually but mine set up an incoming port automatically which works fine.
