Accidently deleted "sysplug.dll"

Yes, I am a newbie and yes, I accidently deleted the file "sysplug.dll" from my Qtek 8100 "\Storage\Application Data\Home" directory" :D I tried to google in order to find this file but luck ran out on me....

So.. here's my question to you smartphone users:

Where can I find the file "sysplug.dll"?

(I do not know whether it helps but my Qtek 8100 uses MS Smartphone 2003)

Best bet is to do a hard reset...

Thanks for the tip but unfortunately it didn't worked (the file is still missing after a hard reset...)
