settings for pocket divx encoder

Hi

I recently saw a post that had some detailed settings to the pocketdivx encoder. Tried searcing, but cant find it now. can anyone point me in the right direction.

Got an APV M500 if that makes a diff.

I also installed a proggy via cabinstal, how would i uninstall it, so i can re intall it on my mem card.
