Group or Category Ringtones

I've been trying to figure out a way to have a ringtone for a specific group/category or at least, change the ringtone using my computer, rather than the phone.

I don't know much about developing, but I did manage to find this off google: Link

I also thought I could add a custom field in Outlook called Custom Ring Tone, and just type the name of the ringtone in that field, but that didn't work.

I have a Qtek 8310 running Windows Mobile 5. Does anyone know of any utilities that would allow me to do what I want to do? Thanks in advance for your help.
