more bluetooth troubles

hello everyone, following advice found on this web site i managed to finally get my c500 to sync using bluetooth-only to fond that when i turned the phone off and then back on again (after a couple of hours being synced) it wouldn't sync-instead when i went to activesync, connect via bluetooth; the bloody phone went on to activesync setup-press start soft key to set up, and then the usual hair ripping out annoyance of please bond with other bluetooth device which supports serial port etc, etc.

PLEASE tell me where i'm going wrong someone-why is this happening to me-have i offended God and this is how i'm being punished???
