C600 Sim Unlock

I have done a quick search and not really understood how to sim unlock the C600. My C500 I did by using a free tool after application unlocking using the orange web site.. How do you do the C600???

Sorry If I appear thick and have gone over old ground... perhaps there should be a pinned item on this..???

At the moment I haven't read of any free solutions, but IMEI-Check offer a SIM unlock service for 28 euro.

The free tool in the C500 section seems to work on the C600 too. I didn't try a different sim, but the program ran and displayed 'locked', which changed to 'unlocked' afterwards suggesting all was done ok.

Nice! If that works thats great! Much better than paying a fairly large fee to do it.
