...How the heck do I overclock it?

It runs most of my videos nicely. But the ones that are larger then 320x240 run kind of choppy. I know if I can get at leat 25% more power from the processor, that should be fixed.

So where do I go from here?

You can't. I know of no overclock programs for smartphone, or ones that even support OMAP.
