Vibrate on answer tweak

I found this tweak on the O2 website:

Outgoing call connect status alert. When enabled the device will vibrate when the called party answers or rejects the call. This means you can concentrate on doing other things while waiting for the call to connect

I'd like to be able to turn this feature on for my SPV M500, anyone know how they do it?

The divert profiles look useful too, is that something we can get hold of if we're not on O2 - there's no download, only instructions on how to do it from your phone.
