What phone do you have ?

Usually you would use a file explorer although newer phones have this function built into the 'Pictures & Videos' application.

If you select 'Send by IR' your phone will probably look for Bluetooth devices to bond with as well.

Yeah ,we need to know what phone u have. On my GX25 , I open a picture , click options , send , I have a choice of 3 ..........ir....bluetooth...pc cable .chose the one u want 2 use and click OK. Done.
