c500 and o2 payg

[Guest rannoch]

C500 set up to link to internet and receive e-mails.

Problem is I can't send out e-mails.

I sent an e-mail to the phone.

Tried to reply, and was informed the e-mail recipient was invalid.

Any ideas.
