MDA Compact & Compact II - what the difference ?

T-Mobile's new MDA Compact version 2 ...... is it just the same as the version 1 with a differant colour ??

identical case, except the colour of course, but internally -

different processor, 128rom, windows mobile 5, quad band with EDGE, no backup battery (not needed in wm5)

Does all that mean its "significantly" faster and more stable ..... or is it worth just waiting a bit longer and getting a Hermes ??
