Error when installing some 3rd party appl and more

I bet theres prolly someone else who brought this up earlier, so i start saying sorry for bringing this again. I really dident find anything. I have the Qtek 8310 with QVGA maybe its called C600 also. Anyway, when i try to install some programs the phone says that i dont have the proper admin rights to install that software. So my question is, is my phone locked or whats the problem? I read a post on enabling some microsoft certificate is this whats it about?

Argh! Drives me crazy i cant install what i like :)

ALso has problems to create certs. so that i can download my company email from our exchange server, is there a guide for this anywhere maybe?

Last, i have problems running TomTom 5.2, is there an other QVGA supported GPS software that you pps could recommend like, destinator ect?

Only thing i manage to solve was the reg hack so that i can install all 3rd party software. Still having problems with other stuff, i might be blind cause i dont find it in that section :)
