M500 and Windows Media Player

Can anyone help? Over the months I have paid and downloaded tracks from various sites in WMA format. They play fine on my PC and burn to CD. When I download them to my SPV M500 onto my 128meg SD card and try and play them I get an error relating to the licences. However if I store them within the phone storage area (which only has room for a couple of tracks) they play fine and even show the album art.

Can anyone tell me how I can download legal, licenced, paid-for tracks to my SD card and get my phone to recognise the licence? Non-licenced MP3 tracks play fine.

Thanks folks

M

When it comes to DRM it depends on the type of license that comes with the track go back to your website and check it should tell you what you are allowed to do with the track, I have had similar problems.
