SPV E200 Orange PAYG settings

Hi im new to here and this phone is doing my head in already... i just gotta get used to it i guess but basically i cant acess any GPRS or internet based service and it looks as if my settings are wrong in the connection types..

Any body know what settings i should use where for this

im on Pay as You go just incase that makes a difference

it was orange customer services it looks like :) they fecked up my settings o well i sorted it now
