Maps for SPV C550

Hi

I have an SPV C550 and have been looking for City maps to install and view without the need of a GPS device. I managed to download a .jar file which I managed to view with Java but I can't get it to open.

Does any one know what I am doing wrong, or alternatively where I can download maps (Paris) and install them on my phone.
