on my c550 the speed dial doesn't work when I press 1 to call orange answerphone because Orange haven't programmed in the voicemail phone number. 2 other people I know have the same problem. Orange sent me a sim update but it didn't help. the phone recognises that I'm trying to call answerphone. I have tried to enter the voicemail number manually but the phone won't let me, it just states that key 1 is reserved for answerphone. How do I sort this problem out? Orange can't tell me how. Can someone please help?

To assign voicemail number go to Settings > Phone > Call Options. Scroll down to Voice mail number > type the numbers then hit Done.
