Guest mbriody Posted January 28, 2006 Report Posted January 28, 2006 (edited) I would like to reorganize my start menu more logically. I want to create folders for multimedia, system, utilities and move many of the existing shortcuts to these folder. However I am finding that many of the existing entries don't seem to be able to be moved e.g. I can't move any of the shortcuts in Accessories - I get an 'access denied....read-only" error. Is there a way to allow me to stop these being read-only so I can move or delete them? Edited January 28, 2006 by mbriody
Guest gpcarreon (MVP) Posted January 28, 2006 Report Posted January 28, 2006 Possible solutions: 1. Fully unlock your phone first using the 'SDA Unlocker' 2. Use the built-in File Explorer of your phone to move shortcuts
Guest mbriody Posted January 28, 2006 Report Posted January 28, 2006 Thanks. Phone is now fully unlocked and I can move whatever I want. I am also using Mobile Registry Editor to reorder the Start menu. Possible solutions: 1. Fully unlock your phone first using the 'SDA Unlocker' 2. Use the built-in File Explorer of your phone to move shortcuts <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
