C600 File transfer Prob

I'm at my wits end with the C600. I couldnt get it to sync with Win XP and found that it was the firewall.

Now I cant copy JPG & other files anywhere on the C600. I'm using the explorer button on the Activesync 4.1 screen but I just get the prohibited sign up when I am draging & dropping.

Has anyone had this problem or can anyone think what I'm doing wrong. I've had the thing a week and can't personalise it!

I can sync using Media Player 10 to the Mini SD card.

I've sorted it out now. The C600 doesn't support Drag and Drop. Copy and paste works fine.

You get used to doing things in a certain way with the C500 then Microsoft change it! Thanks Bill. Off to find Skins now. C500 skins dont fit the longer C600 Screen.

I am having a problem like this on my c600. I can copy and paste mp3's and jpeg's from my PC to the phone, but when I do it the other way it goes through the motions of converting but the file does not appear on my PC. It's like something is blocking it. Checked firewall and AVG seems OK. Has anyone had a problem like this ?.. Thanks
