TCPMP lag?

Hello! I searched for a topic about this a while ago and found summat, but now I can't seem to find it. I have a QTek 8310 and 1GB Sandisk miniSD and when I play movies I get about 5 to 10 sec lag as if is buffering the picture. I do get sound tho. Can anyone help me with some settings plz? Getting amd here. First I had to wait an eternity for my miniSD to arrive and now I still can't watch movies :)
