Can anyone tell me if the calendar in the m500/i-matejam has the same features as the c550/c600 calendar.

I have a c550, but I find that the calendar is quite basic and was wondering if the m500/i-matejam has more advanced features.

I find them to be pretty similar, the best way to get the most use out of your calender is to use Outlook and then sync back to the phone.

The PDA is easier to use between the two though but that is only down to screen size.

If you're after features then the Smartphone with Papyrus on wins hands down IMO

AFAIK there is no version of Papyrus for PocketPC, but there are other products like Pocket Informant

Thank you, I thought they may be similar. It`s just that I previously had a Palm and the calendar seemed much better. For example you could customise more of the fields or at least save your last imput rather than re-typing the same thing each time.

If I have two meetings a month every month, on different dates, I have to enter all twenty four one at a time.

Have a look at Outlook first then see if you can do all the customisatino you need.

For example I work a shift system days and nights etc and I have Outlook set all the date automatically.

Once you have Outlook sorted for your calender then once you sync your phone you have the same calender and repeating dates etc.
