Problems with settings menu Qtec 8310

Im not sure what I have done with it, but after a reboot of my phone it has changed the numbers 1-9 with letters A-J, im not able to use the keynumbers to navigate in the menu. Likewise if I choose Wifi-Settings it only gets me to the global settings menu. :?:

Operator version: 1.5.311.2
