Guest alexis_winters17 Posted February 2, 2006 Report Posted February 2, 2006 I'm currently on Orange, desperate to switch to O2, and get a phone to replace my c500 (which is a great phone, but it's feelin a bit dated and mine's a bit crapped out now). Unfortunately, I have no idea what phone to pick, and after problems with my c500, I'm thinking of switching to SonyE. for a walkman phone or something. If you guys could suggest something it'd be appreciated, here are the features I want, in order of how much I want them. 1. 2MP w/Flash 2. Gotta be small 3. A decent OS! Had it with Win 2003 4. Wifi if possible. I'm not set on that. 5. Err, something that won't just break or scratch. I admit I was enticed by the Atom, but I've heard that the camera is rubbish, but the Prophet/Neo (I think) lacks a flash. Ideally I'd want the HTC Star Trek, but I have no idea when that's out or what network. Thanking you for your advice in advance...
Guest sporkguy Posted February 3, 2006 Report Posted February 3, 2006 (edited) Have you had a look at the iMate SP5/Qtek 8310? Nice device but lacks Flash and only has a 1.3mp camera. Has Wifi, WM5, a huge bright clear screen, and isnt much bigger (if at all) than the C500. Nice looking phone too, even my gf thinks its a good looking phone and she HATES technology heh. Still not sure what to replace my N90 with personally. Battery life isnt upto par, and its a huge heavy device. p.s. Carradine in Kill Bill was amazing :) Edited February 3, 2006 by sporkguy
Guest Disco Stu Posted February 4, 2006 Report Posted February 4, 2006 XDA Atom sounds like it might be imminent.
